The TekExpress USB3.1 Tx application (Opt. USB-TX and USBSSP-Tx) is the automated solution for verification, characterization and debug of USB3.1 measurements from DPOJET Timing and Analysis tool that integrates the DPOJET Options USB3 Essentials and USB SSP Essentials. The application bundles latest SigTest version of USB3.1 Gen1 and Gen2 respectively as given by USB-IF for Compliance Test. This Automated Test Software is a Windows based application that runs on Tektronix Windows7, Windows10 based instruments such as DPO/DSA/MSO 70000 - C/D/DX/SX Series oscilloscopes.
