Question: How can you tell if the MSO5,6 series scope has a Windows Operating system or non-windows Operating system?
Answer: here are three indicators to look for:
- A Windows-based scope will have the Applications menu at the top left of the screen between Edit and Utility.
- It will also have minimize/maximize/close buttons on the top right like a windows PC.
- Additionally, if you tap at the bottom of the screen, the Windows Taskbar should appear.
