In the TLA Application Software when setting up my trigger+ I would like to setup a trigger event when my Group goes High or Low.

Using the Goes High or Goes Low event is only available by selecting a channel. If your group is made up of one channel then find the channel associated with the group in your channel setup. In the Power Trigger clause definition choose "If channel" instead of "If group" and you will see the choice for Goes High or Goes Low.
