TDSCPM2 COMM PULSE MEASUREMENT SOFTWARE v3.1.0
TDSCPM2 software on a TDS5000B, TDS6000B, TDS6000C, TDS7000B, CSA7404B, TDS7000, CSA7000, DPO7000,DPO/DSA/MSO70000 and DPO/DSA70000B Series oscilloscope, with AMT75 or AFTDS electrical interface adapters provide the third-generation Digital Interface Test System (DITS) needed for full electrical compliance testing. Mask testing (standard on CSA7000/B, DSA70000, DSA70000B Series and optional on DPO7000, TDS5000B, TDS6000B, TDS6000C and TDS7000/B, DPO/MSO70000, DPO70000B Series instruments) provides waveform masks, autoset and auto-fit to mask, as well as built-in mask margin and editing capability.
This software install offers Free Trials for evaluation. Once the free trials are exhausted, a software security key may be purchased from Tektronix to permanently enable the software application on your oscilloscope.
