8000 Series Oscilloscope Firmware for Windows XP, V5.2.1.2
This release is for TDS/CSA/DSA 8000/8000B/8200 series instruments with Windows XP Operating System.
This software will install v5.2.1.2 Oscilloscope Firmware, Differential Channel Alignment application v1.4.1, TekVisa v3.3.4.6, Clock Recovery application v10.11, NI Device 1.5, and Adobe Reader 9.0.
Please see the Release Notes for a detailed description.
(NOTE: If you are upgrading from a product software version 2.5.0.7 or earlier, it will be first necessary to upgrade your instrument to Windows XP. Contact your local Tektronix Service Center to obtain upgrade instructions. Please visit http://www.tektronix.com/contact for service center contact).
